This is a great little video demonstrating what happens when user experience is not thought through. This example highlights the issues for blind people in society today but I think we can all learn something from this. This video demonstrates the need to walk through an experience as an end user. Makes you wonder if the people designing the ATM actually tested the process or tried to access the machine blind folded (allowing for the fact not everyone can read brail).
This video is a great demonstration of vocalising the procedure. It is great to see him talk us through everything he is thinking and trying to do.
A good lesson for us all in this.
